Fund Governance House Extends Asia Footprint With Singapore Office

The firm has added a Singapore office to its Asia presence, following its opening of a Hong Kong operation about six years ago.

Fund governance, risk and compliance firm DMS Governance has opened a Singapore office, six years after it launched its presence in Hong Kong.

DMS serves hedge fund clients and those involved in private equity and venture capital, catering to significant asset managers in Asia as well as start-up and emerging funds.

"We continue to see an increased demand for our professional directorship services along with our other risk and compliance services in the region," Niaz Khan, managing director, Asia-Pacific, said.

As part of the move, DMS has relocated Connie Wong from its Hong Kong office. Prior to joining DMS, she was a manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, DMS said in a statement.

DMS Governance has assets under management exceeding $350 billion.
