Hogan Lovells this week announced that Charlie Clayton-Payne has re-joined the transatlantic firm as a partner in its corporate and finance practice, based in its Singapore office.
Clayton-Payne joins from Harneys in Hong Kong but was previously based in Hogan Lovells' Singapore office (until 27 February 2019), working to build its banking team.
