The latest moves in senior wealth management from across Asia.

Raffles Family Office
Stationed in Singapore, Paul Tay CFA has joined the Raffles Family Office as senior vice president of trading and advisory, overseeing the trading desk and working closely with the portfolio managers.

Tay joins after spending six years at RBC Wealth Management, where he was most recently in FX advisory and before that a multi-asset execution trader.

After forming a joint venture with iFast last October, the Singapore based multi-family office has been busy hiring, most recently naming Stella Kong as managing director for Greater China, in a newly created role, and is reportedly set to open a new office in Shanghai.
