Singapore-Based Corporate Services Firm Rebranded As Vistra

A firm acquired by trusts, corporate services, funds and fiduciary firm Vistra has adopted its parent company's name.
Intro International, a Singapore-based corporate services firm focused on international expansion, has rebranded as Vistra, following its acquisition by the group bearing that name in June this year.
Intro International provides corporate secretarial, accounting, and tax compliance services. Its portfolio of international clients includes trading companies from the UK and Australia looking to establish an operation in Singapore.
The rebrand will see the teams from Intro International relocate to Vistra’s existing offices in Singapore, with no changes to the services provided and the same teams supporting their existing clients.
Duncan Merrin and Yati Merrin will remain with the business for the foreseeable future, with Duncan becoming a consultant to Vistra. Graham Harkness, currently director at Intro International, will take up the role of director, international expansion services, in Vistra Singapore, leading business development effort in this area.
“This combined with their existing business division will enable
us to expand our reach faster in a focused manner, backed up by
the resources we need to maintain our level of service quality,”
Merrin said in a statement yesterday.
Vistra’s capabilities span across company formations to trust,
fiduciary and fund administration services; it employs over 2,500
employees in 64 offices across 41 jurisdictions.
Earlier this year, Orangefield Group was integrated under the Vistra brand. That followed Baring Private Equity Asia’s acquisition last October of a majority stake in Vistra and Orangefield.
Vistra has worked to enhance its footprint this year, largely through acquisitions. In June, it acquired India-based Ujwal Management Services Private, while in April, it acquired IL&FS Trust Company (ITCL), also in India.
