Rebrand For Orangefield Under The Vistra Name

The Vistra brand becomes ever more visible as yet another acquired firm has a makeover under its name.

Baring Private Equity Asia’s acquisition last October of a majority stake in Vistra Group and Orangefield Group has led to Orangefield being rebranded under the Vistra name.

Vistra’s services range across company formations to trust, fiduciary and fund administration. Orangefield is headquartered in Amsterdam and provides administrative and operational services.

During this year, all Orangefield offices have been rebranded and some of the larger offices have relocated to new premises. The last office to rebrand was the Amsterdam HQ.

The integration of Orangefield under the Vistra brand has created a group of over 2,500 employees in 64 offices across 41 locations.

The Vistra Group now has four main business divisions: corporate and private clients, company formation, alternative investments and international expansion.

Vistra’s acquisitions have seen it buy two operations in India. In June, it acquired India-based Ujwal Management Services Private. In April, the company acquired IL&FS Trust Company (ITCL).
