Raffles Family Office Taps Ex-RBC Senior Figure For COO

The organisation has dual headquarters in Singapore and Hong Kong.
Raffles Family Office has appointed former RBC Wealth Management CEO for Asia, Terence Chow, as chief operating officer.
This role marks the re-appointment of a dedicated COO position since Yvonne Siu’s departure in 2021.
"The firm believes this is the opportune moment to reintroduce this role to focus on supporting its rapid growth in a scalable manner and to help drive its continued innovation to provide market-leading client experiences," Raffles Family Office told this publication in a statement when asked about the COO position.
Chow is responsible the firm’s business transformation, business management, risk management, as well as corporate real estate and procurement functions. Additionally, he will lead the firm’s operations and technology capabilities.
Based in Hong Kong, he reports to Chi-man Kwan, RFO’s group CEO and co-founder.
With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Chow was most recently CEO for wealth management, Asia, at RBC.
Chow holds a master of business administration from the Ivey School of Business, Western University in Canada.
In late May, Raffles Family Office promoted its co-founder and managing partner, Kendrick Lee, to chief executive for Singapore.
