Kendrick Lee co-founded the business with group CEO Chi-man Kwan.

Raffles Family Office has promoted its co-founder and managing partner, Kendrick Lee, to chief executive for Singapore.

Singapore serves as the firm’s dual headquarters alongside Hong Kong.

Chi-man Kwan, group CEO and co-founder of Raffles Family Office, founded the business with Lee, as did Ray Tam. 

In his previous role, Lee led RFO’s growth in Singapore and Southeast Asia, overseeing its growth across its main business lines of independent asset management, bespoke wealth solutions, investment structure advisory, and risk and resilience services.

Before co-founding RFO, Lee worked at Pictet, CIC, and Indosuez during his 15-year private banking career, specialising in serving ultra-high net worth clients across Thailand, Indonesia, and Singapore. 

In May last year Tishman Speyer and Raffles Family Office partnered to launch the Tishman Speyer/Raffles Family Office APAC Opportunity Fund I. In 2022, RFO launched Revo Digital Family Office, which it says enables ultra-high net worth families to access and invest in digital assets from a consolidated wealth management platform.
