, a subsidiary of US bank JP Morgan, has launched a new interactive digital tool for the investment consultant community and end-investors in Asia.

The new JP Morgan Insights App provides clients with personalised access to the JPMAM's entire library of multimedia resources and intellectual capital across all major asset classes, markets and investment themes worldwide, according to a statement. The main feature, called Guide to Markets-Asia, offers talking points and audio commentary from the global strategy team and gives users the ability to rearrange their favourite slides to share with the clients and prospects.

The English language version is currently being rolled out in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, India and Korea. The Japanese language version is also on the way in Japan. In the coming months, its Chinese and Korean versions will also be released. The company said it aims to deploy the app in Australia and China soon.

The mobile app is related to the Market Insights programme launched in Asia in 2012, which along with Guide to the Markets, has amassed a following of around 20,000 subscribers in 2013. It may be downloaded for free from the iTunes App store.

JP Morgan AM's managed Asia-Pacific client assets total $133.5 billion as at 31 March 2014.
