On Friday, Asia’s , together with its subsidiaries, announced that it was the asset manager behind the first trade executed on Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited's (HKEX) Integrated Fund Platform (IFP). This followed the IFP's expansion with the launch of its Platform and Nominee Services on 28 October. The transaction was executed for the Money Market Fund, the firm said in a statement.

As an early participant, Value Partners said it is confident in the IFP's potential to enhance connectivity and operational efficiency across Hong Kong's fund ecosystem. The transaction also demonstrates the collaboration between Value Partners and CMB Wing Lung Bank, as the transfer agent, via the IFP. Through standardised workflows and information exchange, the IFP effectively connects fund managers, distributors and other market participants, enabling more streamlined and efficient fund order processing while providing clients with greater visibility and flexibility in managing liquidity.

With its longstanding presence in Hong Kong and focus on Asia, Value Partners said it remains committed to supporting industry innovation and strengthening distribution partnerships to meet investors' evolving needs.

In addition to its Hong Kong headquarters, the firm operates in Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Singapore. Value Partners' investment strategies cover equities, fixed income, multi-asset, alternatives, real estate, and passive investment solutions, for institutional and individual clients in Asia Pacific, Europe, and the US.
