AWC, OCBC The alliance reflects their shared belief in Thailand's long-term economic potential, the future of sustainable tourism, and responsible growth across the region. The partnership has been established through a $200 million Sustainability-Linked Loan, reinforcing both organisations' commitment to creating lasting value through sustainable investment. As AWC's first financing partnership with OCBC, the collaboration also reinforces both organisations' shared sustainability ambitions while supporting AWC's growth-led strategy across its hospitality, commercial, and lifestyle destination portfolio.
