AxiomSL has appointed Tony Huang as general manager and head of institutional business development for Taiwan. He has more than 20 years' experience in the country, and most recently served as senior vice president and head of business development at Neuberger Berman. He reports to Kinji Kato, executive managing director and head of Japan for Natixis Global.
, an international real estate investment manager, has appointed Benedict Lai as Asia research manager, the firm said in a statement.
Lai joins Savills IM with over 10 years of experience in property research. Prior to this, he held various positions at PGIM Real Estate (previously known as Pramerica Real Estate Investors), Capital Malls Asia Limited, and Jones Lang LaSalle.
In his new role, Lai will be responsible for developing views on Asia-Pacific real estate markets and providing thought leadership for new fund ideas and investment themes for Savills IM. He will report to Kiran Patel, chief investment officer.
