US Law Firm Expands Private Equity Team In Beijing

Law firm has hired Jianchong "Andre" Zhu as a partner in its Beijing office to expand its private equity team in the Asia-Pacific region.

Zhu joins the firm’s global mergers and acquisitions practice. He has experience in advising financial sponsors and strategic investors on cross-border public and private mergers and acquisitions.

He has almost ten years’ experience and joins the firm from Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.
