Withers Names Seven New Partners

The international law firm has bolstered its partnership across the globe with a raft of promotions.
Withers has appointed seven new partners across its offices in Europe, the US and Asia.
In Geneva, Ian Perrett became partner within the wealth planning and tax team. In London, Nicholas Vaughan became partner within the real estate team.
In the US, the new partners are Marissa Dungey in Greenwich, Connecticut, and Rebecca O'Toole in San Diego, California. Both are part of the firm's wealth planning and tax team.
Meanwhile, in Asia, Laurence Ho was promoted in the wealth planning and tax team in Hong Kong, as were Samantha Gershon within the family team in Hong Kong and Lim Hui Ying within the litigation and arbitration team in Singapore.
“This group of new partners showcases the skills and diversity of Withers' lawyers, as well as our truly international reach. They are all leading lawyers in their fields and will be invaluable in helping us to integrate our teams following the investment we have made in our significant global expansion in 2015 and 2016,” said the firm's managing director, Margaret Robertson.
“What's more, they are all highly deserving of their promotions as committed members of the Withersworldwide team.”
The appointments bring Withers' total partnership to over 165 individuals.
