Wilson HTM CFO Departs

Australian wealth manager Wilson HTM names a new company secretary following the departure of chief financial officer Karen Penrose.
Wilson HTM Investment Group, the Australian wealth management firm, has announced changes to its senior management ranks following the departure of its chief financial officer and company secretary.
The resignation of Karen Penrose took effect at the start of 2014, with Don Mackenzie immediately taking over as company secretary, the company said in a statement.
Philippa Abbott continues as assistant company secretary, while Todd Curby and Shaun Sanders will remain in their current roles as joint group financial controllers. Penrose held the CFO post since April 2010 and the company secretary post in March 2013.
News of her departure was first revealed in August 2013, when AWE Limited announced that it was taking her in as independent non-executive director from 28 August.
