Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking (Natixis CIB) has appointed Arnaud Davoust (pictured) as head of equity derivatives sales and structuring, Asia Pacific.

Based in Hong Kong, Davoust will report to Eric Elbaz, head of sales and structuring, Asia Pacific and globally to Guillaume Calvino, global head of equity structuring. In his new role, he will manage the overall Asia Pacific equity derivatives' product structuring and client strategy, and bring additional expertise to equity business development, the firm said in a statement.

Davoust is joining after a five-year tenure at Bank of America in Singapore where he was head of equity derivatives sales and structuring for APAC and head of equities for Southeast Asia. Previously, he was at SociĂ©tĂ© GĂ©nĂ©rale Corporate Investment Bank for 13 years in Tokyo, New York, and France.

“Asia Pacific is a key growth area for the equity business line, across all its product pillars – including multi-asset investment solutions. Under Arnaud’s leadership, we are looking forward to deploying further our global value proposition and continuing to grow the business in the region,” Calvino said.
