America Philanthropic Solutions Group has appointed Dianne
Chipps-Bailey as a national practice executive for non-profit
consulting, Crissie Fortmeyer as senior institutional sales
director and Holly Swan as a national practice executive for the
family office.
Chipps-Bailey reports to Gillian Howell, national consulting and advisory executive. In her role, she will serve as the key practitioner and content creator for nonprofit consulting services, leading a team of specialized professionals advising nonprofit clients on mission advancement, leadership development, fiduciary review and support. She joins from Robinson Bradshaw law firm in Charlotte, North Carolina, where she is based.
Fortmeyer reports to Bernie Reidy, national philanthropic sales executive. In her role, she will focus on expanding and generating new institutional relationships in the Central and Southwest markets. She joins from JP Morgan. She is based in Dallas, Texas.
Swan also reports to Howell. In her role, she will be responsible for driving growth of our family office practice, working with clients and advisors to expand and develop high net worth relationships. She joined US Trust in 2010 as a senior wealth strategist. She is based in Boston, Massachusetts.
Carillon Tower Advisers

Advisers, the asset management house, has added four members
to its senior accounts and institutional sales teams.
The team has brought in "Jim" Haggerty, CFA, and Michael Mayhew, CFA, as senior vice presidents, while Justyna Z Barczynska, CMFC, has joined as vice president. In the newly created roles, Haggerty, Mayhew, and Barczynska report to Lance E Peterson, head of strategic accounts, and are responsible for placing the firm's investment solutions with Carillon Tower's partner platforms. The three new team members bring the team to a total of ten professionals.
Separately, the institutional sales team has hired Kieran Stover. Stover will serve as SVP, institutional sales and consultant relations, reporting to Don Pepin, head of institutional sales. In his new role, Stover will be responsible for business development across the plan-sponsor spectrum including public funds, corporate pension funds, foundations and endowments while working collaboratively with West Coast teammates.
With its affiliates, Carillon Tower has more than $67 billion in assets under management and advisement.
Janus Henderson
New York-listed Janus Henderson
Group, which is headquartered in London, has appointed
Michelle Rosenberg as general counsel and company secretary of
Janus Henderson Investors, effective immediately.
Rosenberg will oversee the legal and internal audit functions and will report to co-CEOs Richard Weil and Andrew Formica. She will be based primarily in Denver. Prior this, Rosenberg was head of legal for North America and joined Janus Henderson from Fidelity Investments in 2003. She has 20 years of financial services experience.
Janus Henderson has about $372 billion in assets under management (as of March 31, 2018).
