The latest senior moves in wealth and asset management from across Europe and the UK.

Renaissance Capital, which concentrates on emerging and frontier markets, has brought back Alexey Bulgakov as a director, heading its fixed income research team.

Bulgakov, who will be based in Moscow, will report to Daniel Salter, head of equity strategy and head of research, Eurasia. He will be in charge of the published fixed income (FI) product for institutional clients, covering Russia and the CIS region. Renaissance Capital recently hired Maria Radchenko, who joined the Russia & CIS distribution team as director, head of fixed income analysis.

Prior to this new role, Bulgakov worked at Sberbank CIB, where he was most recently head of fixed income research. Before Sberbank CIB / Troika Dialog, he worked at Renaissance Capital, Aton Capital / Unicredit Securities and Commerzbank Securities, among other international financial institutions. Alexey is a graduate of Moscow State University of International Relations (MGIIMO) and the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

Founded in 1995, Renaissance operates in equity and debt capital markets, merger and acquisitions.
