Who's Moving Where In Wealth Management? - Capital Group

The latest moves in wealth management across Europe and the Middle East.

Capital Group
Capital Group, which manages a total of $1.9 trillion for a variety of investment clients, has named Guy Henriques as head of Europe and Asia distribution. He will be based in London and will join in November.

Henriques has more than 30 years of industry experience, and most recently served as head of UK distribution and chief executive for Latin America for Schroders. He also served as head of the Schroders institutional global management team. Prior to this, he was president of Schroders Japan, based in Tokyo from 2012 to 2016, and was previously its head of official institutions and head of institutional for Asia-Pacific, based first in London and then in Hong Kong.

Prior to joining Schroders, he was head of asset management at the Bank for International Settlements where he worked from 1991 to 2006. He had roles based in Switzerland and Hong Kong, including head of treasury for Asia-Pacific.

Allen & Overy
Allen & Overy has appointed Antoine Sarailler, transactional funds specialist, as a partner in the investment funds team of the Paris office. He joins Benjamin Lacourt, senior associate, and Donia Keriche, associate.
 
Sarailler is primarily focusing on private equity, infrastructure, loans and real estate fund formation as well as primary and secondary transactions on private funds. He advises French and international financial institutions on the structuring, setting-up and marketing of institutional and retail investment funds, as well as on a wide range of regulatory matters. His experience also includes advising French and international fund managers, investment firms, credit institutions, insurance companies, and other financial entities on all European and French regulatory matters and in connection with restructuring and equity transactions.
