The latest moves, appointments and personnel changes in the Asia-Pacific region.

T Rowe Price,
which oversees $1.79 trillion assets under management, has
promoted Cassandra Crowe as head of institutional
distribution for Australia and New Zealand, as well as head of
consultant relations for Asia-Pacific.
Crowe, based in Sydney, joined the firm in 2019 and has served as head of consultant relations for APAC since January 2025.
In her role, Crowe reports to Darren Hall, Australia and New Zealand country head.

Aberdeen
Investments has made two senior appointments to its strategic
insurance group, Asia-Pacific.
The appointees are Alan Koay, senior solutions director. He formerly held senior positions at Etiqa Insurance Singapore as well as Axa Life Insurance Malaysia. Additionally, he has broad financial services experience with senior roles in private banking and other sectors, the firm said in a statement.
Echo Yang, previously investment director of quantitative analytics on Aberdeen’s Asia-Pacific fixed income desk, will take on a new role as senior solutions director in the strategic insurance group. In her previous capacity, Yang led insurance-centric portfolio modelling across APAC.
