JLL
JLL, aka Jones Lang LaSalle the real estate group, has appointed Mike Pyke (pictured) as its co-head of equity advisory for Australia and New Zealand.

Pyke will work with long-term leader Luke Prokuda (co-head of equity advisory), the firm said in a statement.

Prior to this, Pyke worked for 11 years at MA Financial (formerly Moelis), with six of those years in the group’s investment banking business and the corporate executive group. During that time, he was responsible for leading the IPO of MA Financial, corporate strategy and IR. More recently, Pyke was the head of institutional capital for MA Financial’s asset management business.

Since launching the Equity Advisory business, JLL has closed more than A$7 billion ($4.7 billion) of transactions across fund recapitalisations, joint ventures, platform sales and programmatic partnerships.

Pyke has a master of commerce (finance major) from the University of Sydney, and he completed the McKinsey & Company ANZ Executive Leadership Program in 2020.
