Who's Moving Where In Wealth Management? – HSBC

The latest senior moves, appointments and personnel changes in the Asia-Pacific wealth management industry.
HSBC made no comment yesterday on a media report saying that a senior Bank of Singapore figure is to join HSBC Private Bank in Singapore, along with a group of team members.
Harjeet Singh will join HSBC Private Bank Singapore as a non-resident Indian (NRI) team head, bringing a team of three or four private bankers from Bank of Singapore, Citywire Asia said, quoting several unnamed sources. Singh is due to join the bank in the next two months and report to Gautam Anand, who has just taken on the broader role of head of Global India.
When contacted by WealthBriefingAsia, a spokesperson from HSBC declined to comment.
Singh, who has worked at Bank of Singapore for nine years, has also worked at Barclays, BNP Paribas Wealth Management and JP Morgan, among others.
Singh’s LinkedIn profile shows him still listed as “Managing Director, Market Head, Bank of Singapore.”
