The latest senior moves and appointments in and around the Asia-Pacific wealth management industry.

Offshore law firm Carey Olsen has promoted
corporate lawyer Tiffy Wan to counsel in the firm's Hong Kong SAR
office.
Wan, who joined Carey Olsen last year, specialises in commercial and corporate finance transactions, including Hong Kong and US-based initial public offerings, special purpose acquisition companies, secondary securities offerings, restructurings (including schemes of arrangement), mergers and acquisitions, cross-border investments, fundraising and fund finance transactions for public and private companies.
She has acted for a broad range of corporations and financial institutions in the Asia-Pacific region with particular experience in acting for China-based issuers and strategic acquirers.
Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, Wan was admitted as a solicitor in New South Wales, Australia in 2010 and is currently a Registered Foreign Lawyer with the Law Society of Hong Kong and a Bermuda Registered Associate with the Supreme Court of Bermuda.
Wan is one of 13 lawyers in Carey Olsen's Hong Kong office, which is now led by four partners and continues to expand following its launch in 2016.
PineBridge Investments

Investments, the asset management firm, has appointed Nicolas
Kopitsis as head of wealth management for Asia.
Based in Singapore, Kopitsis will focus on increasing awareness and distribution of PineBridge’s investment capabilities to private banks and distribution platforms in the region. Kopitsis has more than 20 years of asset management experience, most recently as head of intermediary distribution Asia ex-Japan for BNY Mellon in Singapore.
His role is a newly-created one at the firm.
As of 30 September 2021, the firm managed $141.8 billion across global asset classes.
