Who's Moving Where In Wealth Management? – Bank of Singapore, Charles Russell Speechlys, Muzinich

The latest moves, appointments and personnel changes in the Asia-Pacific wealth management sector.

Bank of Singapore
Bank of Singapore has added three managers to its discretionary portfolio management team:

Ivan Goh (senior portfolio manager; Donovan Goh (portfolio management), and Shayna Mok (client portfolio manager). Ivan Goh, who joined the firm in September 2024, most recently was senior investment strategist at LGT Bank (Hong Kong); Donovan Goh joined the firm in October last year as a fixed income portfolio manager. He used to work for UBS.

Mok came on board in December; she has more than 13 years’ experience in the finance industry, with stints at UBS wealth management, Credit Suisse wealth management and HSBC asset management. 

Charles Russell Speechlys
Charles Russell Speechlys, a law firm headquartered in London, has appointed Tun Zaw Mra (pictured below) as a partner in the corporate team in Singapore. Tun, who was previously at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, has more than 14 years’ experience advising on M&A and other corporate transactions in the UK, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region.


Tun Zaw Mra 

Tun advises clients on investments, mergers and acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures in developed as well as emerging markets. In addition to corporate transactions in Asia, Tun regularly advises Asia-based clients on their real estate investments in the UK/Europe and global clients on their investments and businesses in Asia. He has particular experience in the real estate, energy and natural resources and financial services sectors.

Tun’s experience also includes advising on the drafting of the Myanmar Companies Law 2017 and a secondment to WorldPay’s in-house legal team in London in 2011. Tun is admitted to practise in England and Wales, and is a Registered Foreign Lawyer in Singapore.

Muzinich & Co
Muzinich & Co, which focuses on public and private corporate credit, has appointed former BlackRock senior figure Pam Hsieh (pictured) as director for marketing and client relations, based in Singapore. 

Pam Hsieh

In this role, Hsieh will concentrate on developing the firm’s relationships with financial intermediaries and wealth managers across Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Hsieh will report to Sashi Nambiar, head of financial intermediaries and wealth, Asia. 

She brings more than a decade of experience in asset management and wealth management, having held senior positions at Fidelity and BlackRock in Taiwan, most recently as vice president, wealth, at BlackRock.

In November 2024, Muzinich & Co appointed Sashi Nambiar, a former PGIM senior figure, in the newly-created role of head of financial intermediaries and wealth, Asia.
