Fullgoal Asset Management (Hong Kong) has listed its first Hong Kong-domiciled exchange-traded fund.

The new offering is called the Fullgoal Hang Seng HK High Dividend ETF. It started trading in Hong Kong yesterday. Citi Investor Services is acting as trustee, custodian and ETF administrator.

The ETF tracks the Hang Seng SCHK High Dividend Low Volatility Index (net total return), selecting 50 Stock Connect-eligible securities with consistent dividend records and relatively low price volatility. The portfolio spans sectors including banking, energy, utilities and consumer, and applies a net dividend yield-weighted approach with a 5 per cent cap on individual holdings.

Fullgoal Asset Management (Hong Kong), established in 2012, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Shanghai-headquartered Fullgoal Fund Management.
