US Trust Ramps Up Philanthropy Offerings

The group has made two senior appointments as part of targeting non-profits, endowments and foundations.
US Trust, Bank of America Philanthropic Solutions Group, has made two appointments to target non-profit organizations, endowments and foundations.
Tim Hickey joins as a senior institutional sales director, and reports to Bernard Reidy, with the title of national philanthropic sales executive.
Hickey, who is based in New York, is responsible for developing relationships and driving growth for US Trust and Merrill Lynch in the central north region of the US. He has more than 30 years of experience and was previously a managing director at Commonfund Securities, where he was responsible for leading sales in the mid-west territory.
Joseph Bui re-joins US Trust as an institutional sales director, also reporting to Bernard Reidy. Bui is responsible for clients and growth in the west region. With more than 18 years of experience, Bui joins from Fidelity Charitable, where he was vice president of Charitable Planning, working with advisors in Southern California to grow their practice by incorporating charitable giving into client wealth management plans. He is based in Century City, California.
