The Trident Trust Group, which provides corporate, trust and
fund administration services, said today it has finished the integration of its
Luxembourg businesses, with
all operations and its subsidiary corporate services brand, Fidomes, now
trading as Trident Trust in Luxembourg.

The business now provides specialist services in Luxembourg
through two brands:

Trident Trust Company (Luxembourg) - providing company
establishment, domiciliation, administration and accounting services, and Trident
Fund Services, providing investment fund and securitisation vehicle
establishment and administration services.

The Trident Trust Group operates in 34 offices in 24
jurisdictions. It was established 35 years ago.
