A former Atlantic Trust employee has jumped ship to Houston Trust Company in an investments role.

Houston Trust Company has appointed F Allen Lyons as vice president of investments.

Lyons previously was a vice president of wealth strategies and business development officer at Atlantic Trust, and, earlier, an associate at the accounting firm of Stevens and Matthews.

Houston Trust Company manages around $4.5 billion in fiduciary assets held in trust, estate and agency accounts.
