The provider of business services to clients operating and investing globally has boosted its leadership team for governance services.

TMF Group has appointed André Nagelmaker as head of global governance services for its trust and corporate services division. 

Nagelmaker joins from SGG Netherlands NV, where he was statutory director and chairman of the board. 

In the newly-created role, which he will assume in June, he will be based in Amsterdam.
