Standard Chartered Wraps Up Inaugural Young Entrepreneur Programme
The programme is curated alongside INSEAD and SC Ventures.
Standard Chartered has concluded what it says is a ground-breaking Young Entrepreneur Programme for the next generation of its high net worth clients under the bank’s Priority Private segment.
The UK-listed bank is running the programme alongside the France-headquartered INSEAD business school. The programme took place over four days in Singapore in early August, bringing together 53 participants of 13 nationalities. Those taking part came from eight of the bank’s markets in Asia, and beyond.
The programme is curated alongside INSEAD and SC Ventures, Standard Chartered’s innovation, fintech investment and ventures arm.
The initiative uses the expertise of the INSEAD senior faculty and on-the-ground, hands-on venture creation experience of SC Ventures. Those taking part go from design, to venture ideas to a business model, and then pitch it to a panel of personnel from Standard Chartered Bank, SC Ventures and INSEAD.
