Senior Asia-Based Managers Depart UBS

This publication can confirm a number of departures from the bank that has also added a raft of hires in recent weeks.

This publication can confirm that several senior UBS country team heads in Asia are leaving in the next few weeks.

Ya Ju WU (current country team head in China International) is retiring after 23 years with the Swiss bank. Philip MAK (current CTH in Hong Kong's domestic business) is retiring - he's also a veteran and has been in the team for 25 years.

Kenny WAI (current country team head for Kowloon) has resigned. Wai Man CHIU will take up his responsibilities.

A few days ago this publication reported on a raft of new Asia-focused senior hires by the Zurich-based banking group.
