Raffles Family Office Makes Top-Level Appointments

Among the appointments is that of managing partner for the business's digital family office offering, Revo.
Raffles Family Office, the Asian multi-family office, has named Zann Kwan as chief investment officer and managing partner of Revo Digital Family Office. It has also appointed Rizal Wijono as a member of the Independent Advisory Board, with immediate effect.
Revo is Raffles’ new digital family office offering, and was launched in October.
Kwan brings almost 25 years’ professional and financial services experience, in which nine of those have been dedicated to the digital assets space. Kwan, who was most recently a member of Raffles Family Office’s IAB, co-founded Bitcoin Exchange.
Based in Singapore, Kwan will work with Revo’s chief executive, Ray Tam.
Wijono was most recently with Micro Connect Group where he was an MD in the investor relations team. During his time there, Wijono, launched the private equity platform of Micro Connect. Wijono has 28 years’ experience in the financial services sector.
The IAB is a body of external advisors which Raffles Family Office created in 2021 to support the management of wealth within complex family structures and pursue philanthropic endeavours for clients. Wijono will join Bruno Morel, ex-Singapore CEO of VP Bank, Christina Lau, former risk assurance partner at PricewaterhouseCooper, and David Chang, vice chairman, Asia at PGIM.
Raffles Family Office, which is based in Hong Kong, has branch offices in centres including Singapore, Shanghai, Beijing and Taipei.
