RBC Wealth Management Makes Senior Singapore, Hong Kong Appointments

The Canada-headquartered firm has added to its wealth management teams in the two financial hubs of Asia.
RBC Wealth Management has appointed senior private bankers across Hong Kong and Singapore.
Singapore moves
The firm has named Christopher Chin as executive director. Chin,
who brings more than 12 years of experience covering Singapore’s
high net worth segment, previously worked at Julius Baer, Bank of
Singapore and HSBC.
Low Keow Teck is named as executive director. “KT” has more than 25 years of experience in private banking. Most recently, he was market head for North Asia at UOB Private Bank. His prior experience includes leadership roles at DBS Private Bank, Société Générale Bank & Trust, HSBC Singapore and Citigroup.
RBC WM has also appointed Raymond Heng as managing director. Heng brings more than three decades of corporate and private banking experience, including more than 17 years at UBS, where he most recently served as market head overseeing teams supporting clients across Thailand, Philippines, and other regional markets.
The bank has also appointed Wilson Khoo as MD; Khoo has more than 20 years’ experience in the banking industry, in particular serving clients from mainland China and Taiwan. Prior to joining RBC, he held senior positions at Citi Private Bank, JP Morgan Private Bank and DBS.
Hong Kong
Flora Kam has been made executive director. Kam,who has
joined from Bank of Singapore, has worked at other banks
including Credit Suisse, UBS and JP Morgan in Hong Kong.
RBC WM has also named Ince Pan as executive director. Pan has more than 20 years of experience in asset management and investment banking. He was most recently a founding partner of DSG Group. Prior to that, Pan worked at Deutsche Bank, Hony Capital, Credit Suisse and JP Morgan.
The firm has named Mark Chan as executive director. With more than 30 years of experience in financial services, Chan has joined from Morgan Stanley where he supported Greater China clients. Prior to that, he served in senior roles at Credit Suisse, Natixis, Bank of America Merrill Lynch Asia Pacific and Citigroup Global Markets Asia.
