Private Bank Adopts Appway Platform

The entire life-cycle of clients will be handled digitally as a result of adopting the system.

LGT, the Liechtenstein-headquartered private bank operating across a number of regions has chosen Zurich-based financial software business Appway to digitalise the whole cycle of a client’s life.

Beginning with the first project phase in April 2018, LGT will introduce a customer on-boarding process for its Liechtenstein head office as well as its private banking branches in Switzerland, Austria, Singapore, and Hong Kong, LGT said in a statement.

“This is a strong investment in our customer service capabilities and an important step following our solid growth and the successful international diversification of our client portfolio over the past few years,” André Lagger, chief executive of LGT Financial Services, said.

“Digitalising our customer lifecycle management processes will enable us to scale our advisory services,” he said.
