Onboarding Specialist Rolls Out New Offerings

The latest product and service offerings in and around the world's wealth management sector.
Switzerland-headquartered on-boarding specialist Appway has released two offerings around financial services that is based on technology that is already live with clients worldwide.
Appway is releasing the revamped Onboarding for Wealth solution, which pulls together digital and physical interactions for clients. Wealth managers, private banks, and family offices can use the solution to give clients a made-to-measure experience while also making sure all sides obey local and global regulations, it said in a statement yesterday.
The Onboarding for Retail solution, meanwhile, enables financial institutions to offer products and services to customers on the channels and devices they already use.
The process of taking on new clients at private banks and wealth management houses has been a pain point for the industry, with some on-boarding taking months to complete amid rising regulatory and know-your-client requirements. Appway argues that its offerings speed up the process as much as is feasible, achieving compliance on one side, and a smoother, less vexatious client experience, on the other.
