The Seychelles Revenue Commission (SRC) has opened a portal on behalf of all financial institutions registered with the US Internal Revenue Service for the purpose of conforming to the US Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act 2010.

The Indian Ocean island regulator says that the uploading of reportable information will, however, not be possible for now. It has written: "For the time being, the financial institutions do not have to report the information, but need to ensure they have collected the information to be reported at a date that will be communicated in future."
