Manulife's Singapore Business Names Chief Operating Officer

Manulife (Singapore) Pte, part of Canada-based financial services group Manulife, has appointed Tan Lay Hoon as its chief operations officer.

She is responsible for overseeing the company’s information services, project and change management, and the operations division, which includes business functions such as new business, underwriting, claims, customer services, policy services and office management.

Tan Lay Hoon has 19 years of experience working in both local and multinational insurers as well as broking and consulting firms.
