Kames Capital Strengthens Property Fund Management Team

Kames Capital, the UK-based asset management arm of AEGON, has strengthened its property fund management division by hiring part of ING REIM’s property multi-manager team.

Mark Bunney, Matt Day and Tony Yu will report to Phil Clark, head of property and investment, supporting the existing team to create a range of indirect property investments.

At ING REIM the team were responsible for over £2 billion ($3.2 billion) in assets, which included the Osiris Property Fund.

Kames Capital rebranded last month from AEGON Asset Management and offers third-party market place property fund management, fixed income UK equity and multi-asset investing.
