International Law Firm Names Structured Asset Specialist As Partner In Hong Kong

UK headquartered law firm Berwin Leighton Paisner has strengthened its Hong Kong finance team with the addition of a structured asset specialist as partner.

Berwin Leighton Paisner, the international law firm, has named a structured asset finance specialist to its office in Hong Kong.

Nigel Ward joins the Hong Kong finance practice as partner after serving as finance partner at Norton Rose Fulbright in Beijing. Hong Kong is one of the three offices the firm has in Asia. 

Ward brings extensive experience on a variety of asset and secured financing transactions and products to the role, and has considerable experience in emerging markets. He becomes the asset finance team's fifth partner and will be working closely with colleagues in London, Singapore and Beijing. The team focuses on derivatives, project finance, structured finance, securitisation shipping/off-shore, aircraft, rolling stock and other equipment finance and leasing concerns.
