Pure Portfolios has become the tenth firm to join tru Independence, which launched in 2004.

Pure Portfolios, an RIA, has launched on the tru Independence platform, moving over from US Trust.

Nik Schuurmans, founder of Pure Portfolios, has over 13 years of experience in the financial industry. He previously advised on $200 million for clients at US Trust, and specializes in portfolio management, fixed income, portfolio construction and wealth planning.

tru Independence supports advisors in the areas of business formation, legal/compliance, technology, investment services, custodians and broker-dealers, among others. 

Pure Portfolios is the tenth team to join the tru Independence platform since its inception.
