A new associate director has been appointed at asset management firm Henderson after Mark Little’s departure.
Matthew Nesbit will take responsibility for key London accounts in the firm’s UK retail sales following Little’s resignation last Christmas.
Reporting to Simon Hillenbrand, head of UK retail distribution at Henderson, Nesbit will work alongside Matthew Frost and William Hamilton to grow the firm’s position in the UK marketplace.
He will join Henderson on Monday 28 April, departing from Goldman Sachs Asset Management where he worked in discretionary sales and third party distribution. Prior to this he worked at Aviva Investors in a similar role.
“This is testament to the headway we have made in recent years and is in keeping with our ambitions to be a leading fund management business,” Hillenbrand said.
