Former NAB Wealth Manager Joins Australian Advisory And Private Wealth Firm

Fortnum Financial Group has named former NAB Wealth executive Joel Taylor as its national sales manager.

Fortnum Financial Group, the Australian advisory and private wealth firm, has named a former NAB Wealth executive as its national sales manager.

Joel Taylor assumes this newly-created role at Fortnum after serving as the business growth manager at MLC, the wealth arm of NAB, for New South Wales. Before that, he was a business development manager for Beacon Investment Management and marketing coordinator for AMP Financial Services.

In this new capacity, Taylor will focus on building relationships with new and existing member firms, and marketing and distributing the company's unified managed account, e-Clipse, to the independent financial advisor market, according to a statement. He reports directly to Ray Miles, the executive chairman and chief executive of portfolio management and administration business.

Fortnum Group was launched in March 2010 and currently supports some 168 member firms.
