Former CIC Chief Operating Officer In Hong Kong Moves To Swiss Bank

A Geneva-headquartered bank with offices in Asia has taken on a new chief operating officer in Hong Kong.

The former chief operating officer at CIC in Hong Kong has been named to the same role at Union Bancaire Privée in the city-state, this publication can confirm.

The new COO is Stephane Kierfer. He reports to Ian Cramb, UBP’s group COO, and Mike Blake, CEO private banking Asia. He started in his new role yesterday, a spokesperson confirmed to this publication.

Kierfer has previously held roles at Banque Privée Edmond de Rothschild, Hong Kong and Societe Generale Private Banking, Societe Generale Hong Kong, according to his LinkedIn profile.
