Former CEO of ING IM Australia Resurfaces At Boutique
Insurance Australia Group announced the appointment of its new chief investment role last week, as reported by Investor Daily.
David McClatchy, the former chief executive of
ING Investment Management Group, succeeds John Stratton at
IAG, while Stratton takes up a similar position at Brit Insurance
Prior to his appointment, McClatchy worked as a business investment consultant.
The Sydney-based role at
IAG, which commences later this month, will involve
overseeing $12.7 billion in asset under management, as at
December 2011.
