First Foundation Adds To Executive Team

The California-headquartered financial services company has made two senior promotions.
First Foundation has promoted executive vice president Lindsay Lawrence to chief banking officer, and chief technology officer Adrian Darmawan to executive vice president.
Lawrence, who joined First Foundation last year as EVP, director of depository services, has been responsible for the launch of the specialty deposits group as well as building out the team focused on treasury management and online banking. In the newly-created role, she will now also oversee bank operations, the retail branch network and general client satisfaction across all channels of the bank.
Prior to First Foundation, Lawrence was commercial deposits executive at Umpqua Bank, and before that, she held leadership roles at several regional banks.
Darmawan joined First Foundation in 2010 and is responsible for supporting technology activities across all units. He will continue to oversee technology operations and development projects, leveraging new and existing technologies to help improve efficiencies and enhance the client experience. He has 17 years of industry experience, and was formerly chief information officer at CommerceWest Bank.
First Foundation, which has offices in California, Nevada, and Hawaii, provides investment management, wealth planning, consulting, trust and banking services.
