An Australian financial technology provider has hired a human resources specialist.

IRESS has appointed Dearne Price as head of human resources for the Asia-Pacific region.

Price joins from wireless distributor Brightstar where she was regional HR director for Asia-Pacific, based in Melbourne. There, she led HR programmes for the firm and its subsidiaries abroad, including the implementation of leadership development initiatives. Altogether, she has over 20 years’ experience in HR management roles. 

Based in Melbourne, Price will report to Julia McNeill, IRESS group executive for HR. She replaces Amanda Parish in the role.
