The Financial Services Commission of Mauritius has suspended the collective investment scheme manager licence and the investment advisor of Belvedere Fund Manager Ltd with immediate effect in accordance with Section 27(1) Financial Services Act 2007.

The company is to cease to carry out the activities authorised by its licences but must remain subject to the obligations of a licensee and to the directions of the FSC Mauritius until the licences are no longer suspended.
