Edmond De Rothschild Appoints Trust Specialist In Hong Kong

The venerable private bank and investment house has made a senior hire in Asia.

Edmond de Rothschild, the Switzerland-headquartered private banking group, has hired Christine Wong, a specialist in trusts. She is based in Hong Kong.

Wong has worked in the private client trust and planning sectors for more than 16 years. She previously worked at Asiaciti Trust, starting there in 2013.

Among other roles, Wong spent her early career at large accounting firms in Hong Kong, specialising in trust and tax planning for Hong Kong families.

In August last year, the firm appointed Jing Zhang Brogle to the role of chief executive for its Hong Kong branch. The post had been vacated by Monique Chan, who left the firm. Most recently, Brogle founded a multi-family office business, which Edmond de Rothschild said would be integrated into its business.
