This publication understands that James Harley will take over
as
the new head of strategic recruiting private banking Asia Pacific

Harley joins from Nomura
Investment Bank where he was the head of experienced hiring
(APAC), leading a
team of in-house recruiters across the region focusing on front,
middle and
back office roles across all wholesale business functions.
Prior to Nomura he
worked as head of talent acquisition – Microsoft Hong Kong, where
he was
responsible for the strategy of the end to end recruitment
function for all
hiring.
Harley has more than 15 years of extensive experience in the
recruitment industry. He will be based in Hong Kong and will be
reporting to Nicolas
Clerc.
Nicolas Clerc will return to Switzerland to take over as the new
Head
of Strategic Recruiting in the Private Banking & Wealth
Management division.
Clerc joined Credit Suisse in 2006 and became part of the
Strategic Recruiting
team in 2007.
He established the team responsible for South of
Europe/Africa,
Central and Eastern Europe. He transferred to Singapore in late
2010 to lead
the function's Asia Pacific activities where he has been
proactive in hiring
key relationship managers and managers across a wide range of
businesses.
