EXCLUSIVE: JPM Private Bank Lures Executive Duo For Indonesia Team

JP Morgan Private Wealth has added two senior bankers to its ranks in Singapore, covering high net worth wealth in Indonesia.

Sean Straton, former general manager of Southeast Asia at Australia's Westpac Private Bank, has joined JP Morgan
Private Wealth
as executive director in the Indonesia coverage team.

Lynda Teo has joined the Wall Street bank from Switzerland's UBS, and will be also working in the Indonesia team.

Both are believed to be reporting to Peter Flavel, chief executive of JP Morgan Private Wealth in Asia, who relocated to Singapore from Hong Kong in May, as the US lender seeks to bolster its private banking division in the city-state. Flavel told this publication at the time:

"Hong Kong and Singapore are equally important and we are growing both centres. And we would like to strengthen our management presence in Singapore."
