SS&C Technologies has said that Australia’s Fairlight Asset Management has chosen to use its Eze Eclipse offering.

Eze Eclipse is a cloud-based investment solution that supports the investment process in a single unified platform through a web browser interface.

Sydney-based Fairlight has joined more than 50 Asia-Pacific asset managers that use Eze Eclipse.

"When we set out to upgrade our existing workflows, we were looking for a provider to help streamline operations and scale business," Ian Carmichael, senior portfolio manager and partner at Fairlight, said. "Eze Eclipse fits our needs perfectly. The all-in-one front-to-back solution is helping us optimize our team's activities and the tightly integrated and easy-to-use compliance engine simplifies managing global portfolios."

Eze Eclipse, launched in the APAC market in 2019, features 60 pre-built compliance rule templates and allows firms to build custom rules to accommodate unique restrictions. The system is also helping Fairlight reconcile its full investment book of record daily.

SS&C, meanwhile, launched its Eze offerings in Japan in June. Globally, more than 200 firms are on the Eze Eclipse platform.
